Thank you for booking an event at Sky Zone Pittston. However, we ask you to arrive with your guests 30 minutes early to check in. We ask that you please use our E-vite system to send invitations to your guests and create a guest list with their first and last names. It is important that we get your guest list through this system so we know who is attending the party. Check your email to get your guest list/ invitation.

All jumpers are required to complete a liability waiver for the specific location they are visiting – Sky Zone Pittston. Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. We ask that all members attending any group events go on to our website and fill out a liability waiver before arriving on site. You can complete the waiver at

  • Extra jumpers $20 per jumper Tuesday-Thursday, $25 per jumper Friday-Sunday

Anyone with a hard cast will not be able to jump as per Sky Zone rules. We apologize for any inconvenient

Sky Zone Pittston provides plates, napkins, cups and utensils for your event. Should you want to bring additional decorations, such as, balloons, table cloths and/or themed party ware, you are more than welcome to do so. Please call and inform the Event Staff ahead of time. Piñatas, silly string, confetti and wall decorations are prohibited. 


*Be advised that the use of confetti, silly string, piñatas or any other materials that may cause any type of extra cleaning services may be subject to a cleaning charge at the discretion of the franchise owners.


Please be advised that your party room will not be available before 10 Minutes prior to the end of your jump time. This also means that the included beverages with the cost of your party will not be available until the jump time has ended.

Our downstairs party room is handicap accessible. Please let us know in advance if you need to have the downstairs room so that we can make accommodations.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express) and/or Cash are the only accepted payment. 

Personal Checks WILL NOT be Accepted.

Refund/Cancellation Policy 

  • It’s required that you put down a 50% deposit when booking your event and will need to pay the remaining balance upon check in. This deposit is completely refundable up to 10 days before your scheduled event. Should you cancel your event within 10 days of the scheduled date, you will forfeit your initial deposit. You are allowed to reschedule your event 2 times without penalty; however, we cannot guarantee that any specific dates/times will be available
